So its less than one week to our wedding!

My stag night was a total success, and those that managed to turn up were in good spirits (lots of spirits)

We had a hotel room for the night, which also turned out to be our base of operations - starting at about 2pm with tequila shots (sans salt) then for some reason we went down to a pub in Vulcan lane, then back to the hotel room, then on to Mexicali Fresh in Newmarket for some great Mexican food (well, I think it was great)
From there we went to play laser tag (which is a lot harder than you think, while intoxicated) and then on to the bars.
I seem to remember visiting a few places in Ponsonby, and then being shouted drinks by a member of the Warriors rugby league team (woo!)
Then more bars, more carnage, and everything gets a bit blurry.
I got home safely in one piece, without any major injuries or incidents.

I had a great time and that was mostly due to the great effort of everyone (and drinks that were shouted for me)

On Thursday (going backwards in time here, I know) a few of us went to see The Eagles of Death Metal play at the St. James.
It was easily one of the best live acts I’ve ever seen!

We were standing out the front before the gig and got to talk to Jesse Hughes who randomly came up and thanked us for coming!
Best crowd appreciation ever!

I probably won’t be updating for awhile, since I’ll be .. you know.. married and stuff. :)
We’re having our honeymoon over on the sunshine coast of Australia!

Kat and I are both really excited about the wedding, I know we’re going to have an awesome day!
